The Camp Sites
Caravans, Campervans,
Motor Homes and Tents: Responsible Camping
No overnight Freedom Camping is allowed anywhere in
Kingston and this includes along the street, on the
reserve, in the car-park or lake-front. The Queenstown
Lakes District Council policy reads “Freedom camping in
the town centres or residential areas (including parks
and gardens) is not permitted and is likely to result in
a parking infringement notice for which a fine is
payable.” Check out the policy as you plan your trip.
Help us to protect our beautiful environment while
staying in a safe place. Kingston Motels and Holiday
Park is the only place where you can stay overnight in
Kingston and a warm welcome awaits responsible campers.

Sites for campervans, caravans, motor-home and tents.
Our sites are spacious and quiet, set amid mature trees in a woodland park. If you get here early, you are welcome to choose your own site,
next to the creek, under the trees, or in the sunshine, on gravel or on the grass. We are able to accommodate large buses, campervans and
caravans. Members of caravan clubs and motor homes associations are especially welcome – please have your cards ready to claim your
discount.
Use our modern kitchen to cook dinner (or the guest BBQ) and then relax in The Parlour, our cozy television room where you will find
coin-operated or wireless internet. Our hot showers are not metered.
